Ísland pólerað
Ísland pólerað (Polishing Iceland) is a collection of short stories and poems by Ewa Marcinek, a Polish writer living in Reykjavík. With humour and irony, she describes the reality of a young woman who moves to Iceland to start a new life in a new language.
The book was published in March 2022 by Forlagið, Iceland's leading publishing house, in translation to Icelandic by Helga Soffía Einarsdóttir.
